Our Story

Exceeding Expectations, One Patient at a Time

Our family moved to Fort Lupton from Galesburg, Illinois in the Summer of 1986 with two daughters, two cats, and a bird. Our dream was to have a small family practice in a small community. The move was sponsored by a joint venture between Platte Valley Medical Center in Brighton and the Fort Lupton Development  Corporation.

During the last 35 years we have seen over 20,000 patients of all ages.  While we may have grown in size, we still provide the same intimate, personal, and excellent service we did back then.

Our clinicians are dedicated, knowledgeable, and collaborate on cases. Our medical assistants are professional, experienced and well trained. Our front staff are welcoming and friendly. Many of our employees have been with our medical family for years.       We are so very blessed.
